Sammy Sullivan's House
“If we don't stand up for children, then we don't stand for much.” - Marian Wright Edelman
When 22-month old Sammy Sullivan suddenly died three years ago, it left his family struggling with how to keep his precious memory alive. His parents, Joe and Brenda Sullivan, decided to create Sammy Sullivan Charities and spread some hope and comfort to other families in need.
Sammy Sullivan Charities pledged to build a 12 bed home at A Kid’s Place, a five home emergency assessment center for abused, abandoned, and neglected children. While the building of the Sammy Sullivan House has been completed, your gift will insure the continued upkeep of the home and provide needed items for the children housed there. Whether scared, confused, bruised or battered, Sammy Sullivan’s House will provide a safe haven for these children in their time of need.
The decision to remember the life of Sammy through this foundation is his family’s gift to the community. Your gift in his memory is priceless.
